I have to admit that I am not a Bible scholar. However, I have read and studied the Bible for close to 30 years, and during that time I have attended four different churches. Much of what I post is based on my personal study, interpretation and experience. My journey as a Christian has been very rewarding for the most part. However, during my Christian experience I have encountered a few things that I believe are either incorrect, abusive or both. I plan to address some of these issues in my posts, and I hope they will challenge you. I also plan to write about things that I find interesting and inspirational. Through it all, my desire is that God will be honored.

I ask that  as you read these posts, you will apply Acts 17:11, where the writer’s exhortation is for the believers to study the scriptures daily to see if these things are so.
